She has fallen for someone.

She shouldn’t have done that in a jot.

Why not?

How can she trust him in a blink?

He’s genuine, I think.

No one can be trusted easily in today’s world.

That’s true. But all are not in the netherworld.

Her parents will never agree.

Why is that so? Is there a decree?

They cannot comply with this.

That’s not fair. She will be happy.

The girl is risking everything else.

How could she do this to her guardians?

It’s not a mistake, I suppose.

What if the stars don’t match?

What will happen?

They will be doomed.

What if it matches? What happens thereafter?

Then it’s a happily ever after.

Are you sure?

That’s her parents’ belief

And they believe in their little girl.

Will she uphold it?

She will not abandon their happiness for hers.

Does she have a choice?

I’m unable to anticipate any hoists.

Isn’t it terrible? I whispered.

Sort of Yes, my notions perplexed.

Finding The Antidote For A Better You.

IT’Squite natural that you face ups and downs in your lives. I constantly hear people saying,”I am stressed out”. There won’t be a single human being who haven’t experienced a difficult time in their lives. In that process, you might feel low at times.  It is OK to feel sad and stressed out. After all, We are humans right?

But what really matters is our ability to come out of that zone and realize that it is momentarily. If it isn’t, then make sure that you get the hell out of there ASAP. When you sunk deep into a state of despair,  my friend, that is a serious problem. Do not let your downfalls overpower you. I know it’s easier said than done. Most of the times, you fall  prey without even knowing that you are getting eaten by that monster.

My suggestion is that everybody should develop a tiny antidote to tackle this situation. Something of the sort of stress buster.   For me, writing helps ease out my pain. It’s my own panacea! Just focus , you can easily dig it out. You might even get stupefied by your discovery.  Socializing is a good way. Surround yourselves with people who can cheer you up! It can be anything. Maybe taking a stroll in your garden , Practicing yoga, painting, dancing, singing, listening to music,  watching a good movie or funny videos, laughing your lungs out , cracking jokes … The list can be endless. Be innovative and surprise yourself.

Well, I am not a philosopher. I do not agree/ disagree the argument that “Wheels turn and the life cycle changes; If there is a low tide in your life, there is definitely going to be a higher shift. Ups and downs are the two phases of life, just like the two sides of a coin“. But I hope, my proposition offers a practical sense.

Explore your inner self, discover your latent skills , find your passion. Above all, contemplate yourself.

What about you? What is your antidote to finding relief?

What Will You Do If You Feel Terribly Sad?

What will you do if you wake up one day and feel terribly sad???

You are feeling sad for no apparent reason that you can think of. Now, you are too tired to even think. Are you sleepy? No, just tired. Then you head to your workplace/college. You see a lot of familiar and unfamiliar people on the way. You don’t want to smile at anyone. You don’t want to talk to anyone. You just want to shrivel inside some shell. When some of your friends/colleagues come and chat with you, you try so hard to smile and mingle with them.  Even simple less fortunate stuffs can affect you easily. You can’t even listen to your friend’s little sorrows. Every tiny-weeny sad related stuffs can trigger you.

Now you feel that you can no longer bear all of it within you. You feel that everything is going to burst out of you. All you want to do now is to cry the hell out of you. You just want to let go of the pool of sadness inside you. You weep, cry, wail and try all the possibilities to curb it. Now this has given you some solace. Finally, you are at peace with yourself.

What about you?

Have you faced this situation or something of this sort?
